Really love this, Georgia! While I take a lot of photos of my little one, I find they're usually out of context and more for the sake of documenting her growth than for the beauty of the photo. We live in a beautiful home in the woods with so many elements that bring me joy. Just subscribed and looking forward to sharing in your upcoming challenge with others. 💜 ✨
Oh yes I do this too. Especially because we have lived in different states to my kids grandparents, there were times that I've taken daily photos and then I just end up with a phone full and no use for them all.
Whilst I'll probably always snap phone photos of my kids in this way, it is so special to have some that are thought about and special. Ones to put on the wall or in an album and really enjoy the memories they bring.
The first challenge is up in my chat now exploring the theme of joy.
Would love to see what you create, your home sounds just beautiful! ❤️
SO beautiful Georgia. Thank you for the reminder to capture home in all its layers and messiness, just as it is in this current wild season of life, and for all of the wonderful tips. I will report back! xx
I adore this Georgia. With my little one now a toddler, this topic has been on my mind more and more lately. While I love my big creative shoots, I don’t want to limit my creativity to such big productions, especially since they’re harder to manage now with kids. I want to find magic in the everyday moments too.
Thank you Kerani I’m so glad you enjoyed this piece!
Yes yes exactly. It’s great for creativity and experimentation and most importantly it can be a quick exercise. Plus the family photos and memories of home are just so so special ♥️
